I played a game on Facebook and as a winner I was entitled to a choice of prizes. One was an electronic cigerette for free and all I had to do was pay for the postage and handling. I chose that as my prize. However, I never reieved my prize and my debit card was charged the $4.95 +$99.99. My bank has reversed the charges.I did call ECigs to notify them the charges would be reversed. And they claim that they sent me out a package and I am entitled to pay for it.
