i ordered from them the arma2: operation arrowhead..I got a key after 14hrs,the key cant be registered to the game or to the securerom,
im getting wrong key,no matter what im doing it cant be registered.
I talked to them at skype they respond one msg every hour,and after 4hrs that means on the 4th msg,they told me that gonna reply me on the next day(12/10) ,NOTHING!
Next day,the same!They said gonna reply me on sunday night,NOTHING!Again on monday the same situation.
I went to dispute them from paypal,and asked a refund,and they declined me.Now im gonna put paypal in the middle to do the job.
Im not mad about the 7€,i am mad about the worst support ever a company can have!
I am never gonna buy from them again,ever!
Hope to get my money back,and to end that company's life.
