I ordered a pair of jeans for my son. I completed the order on Dec. 5; but when I submitted the order it showed order failed, and then two days later it showed processed and my credit card was charged for the amount. When I emailed them in regards to my order, I received a response saying my order was on the way. I contacted them again requesting someone to contact me personally in regards to this matter and never received a response after that. This company is a fraud and there should be something done to protect consumers better.
