I ordered a coat and on October 25, 2012 my credit card was charged $50 and I received an email stating my ordered had been processed. I never received the coat and email requests to refund my money result in a reply that my order was shipped AIR with a tracking number. I can not locate a company called AIR and the tracking number appears to be invalid. Kanacassecret has stopped responding to my emails.

The coat I ordered on October 25th finally arrived on January 12th. -
