No Burn Cigs

I ordered a free trial offer for electronic cigarettes from No Burn Cigs 888-6144160 FL, on 11/17/12 for $4.95 shipping charge only. No where in the offer was there any stipulations or additional charges applicable. On 12/01/12 I received an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $99.67, with no notification, no invoice, no explanation of charges and no product. I called the phone number on the bank statement, and was told that the free shipping applied to the starter kit that I still had to pay for, after 14 day trial. They said my order would be here by 11/20, but showed up 11/28 and then they deducted the 99.67 two days later! - they said my trial started when I ordered it, not when I got it. They did refund $40 (or they're supposed to - I haven't got it yet) & said they would give me 30 days to test it, and could get future refills at a discount (but I would still have to pay for them). The "51 Starter Kit" is sold locally at the Smoke Shack for around $50, and I would never had taken their free trial if I had known it wasn't free.
