Ordered the $4.95 starter set on 11/24/12. On 12/11/12 $99.67 was charged to my checking account. I called them & they said it was for a lifetime warrenty. Told them I didn't like the product. They said I didn't cancel like the ad said. I didn't see anything about that when ordering.They offered me a $40 then a $70 refund. I said no They then offered me a supply of teeth whitener.Had to insist several times that I wanted to talk to a supervisor. After she made all the same offers she finally agreed to a full refund. We'll see if I get it or not. Be firm with them. Don't take no for an answer. GOOD LUCK
