On 11/28/12, I went to the Shopzilla website to order Seinfeld complete box set of CD's, series 1-9. Price $122.59 Ordered item and provided my credit card information. On 11/28/12, received a confirming e-mail for this order from Cheqoot.com, stating order had been received and would ship item after payment processed. I then sent an e-mail to them on 12/6 requesting status of item. No response. On 12/6/12, called Solvany Bank and was told there was a charge put through by VDCA Novelty Co. for $123.58. Ordered nothing from this company. Assuming they had billed me for item. Went to Cheqoot website on 12/8 and left a message with all details. No response. Contacted Shopzilla on 12/11/12, talked to Katherine - said nothing they could do. Then talked to Customer Service Rep who also said nothing they can do.

- I have heard of Shopzilla, but never purchased anything there. I do know that if they are affiliated with Cheqoot.com (Billing through VDCA Novelties), they have ripped you off. I ordered a complete DVD series from Cheqoot.com after doing a search for "That 70's Show". I got e-mails from them stating it had been shipped and even had a shipping# where you could track where it was. The tracking # was worthless. They do not respond to e-mails. When I went back and looked at the site again, I noticed there is no address or phone #. If only I had gone to Amazon, a reputable company. I looked for the same DVD's there and the price was comparable if not better. VDCA Novelties is in Quebec, Canada. I'm out $108.63 right now. Aargh........
