Found a studio on cragslist for $450 I emailed him replied back stating he is in ohio looking for tenets that are good and clean to stay in his studio. Long and short term purpose he claimed. Also saying that everything was already set up internet, cable, etc. Overall sounded to good to be true. He gave me an address of 2200 Monroe st, Santa Clara CA 95050. saying that I could moving ASAP and that he needs an application to process this. Also said to contact him at 909-746-8460. Looked up the apartment there and they stated that they only proved 1 bed/bath 2 bed/bath apartments starting at 15K.
