Craigslist scammer for housing rent. Goes under the alias Fred Starks, but has been known to adopt the names Wayne and David Starks. Will ask for Western Union transfer. Email reproduced below:

My name is Fred ,thank you for your interest in my apartment,Just a couple of weeks ago,i relocated to ohio. i want a good tenant who is going to take good care of my apartment while am out of the states,as the unit is still available for long and short term purpose,I want you to know that the Apartment is in a great location situated in the quiet and safe area and offers secure access. internet, cable, laundry in-suite, storage facilities, heat, water, electric, outdoor space and parking is included in the rent and pet are allowed.So if you are interested please get back to me so i can give you the application to fill.
