I received free trial samples from Ananac and Lytenic. Lytenic is part of Ananac. They have been charging me for a product I don't want. I never ordered any product but they are billing my credit card. Visa is reversing the charges. Yesterday I received a jar from Ananac. When I called their customer service number as I needed a return authorization number, the agent refused to give it to me. He said to keep the product for two weeks. Today I returned it by USPS by registered mail. This is a scam. Buyer beware. Check your credit card statement.
