International boundaries
Placed an order for two items with KokoSite.com. Paid Ling Haung of China by Western Union. Communication was very poor with Kokosite and tracking was provided but not to the correct delivery address and another excuse about customs was provided that did not match with incorrect tracking number. Item was never delivered. Refund was promised twice but never made. All attempts to correct the situation were made but Kokosite ignored correspondence. Website is no longer online.
