They send me the fake tracking number twice. for the first trial, the item is being send to Japan,then i request them to resend the item. for the second time, the item was send to the Singapore.

for the first trial, when i asked the Japan Post office, these is what i get;

when i asked them to verify my address, they said that they send the item to Malaysia.these are the conversation that i have with them for the second tracking number;

when i check with the EMS, the item is being send to Singapore.

when i asked them for the refund,they always postponed the date.first, they said they will refund me on the 5th Dec, then they send email to me saying that they will refund on 7th DEc. not only that, they said that they will only refund 65% of the money.
i transfer the money to them on 5 Nov through bank wire transfer. these are the detail that gave me for the money transfer;

  • Hello,

    The same thing just happened to me. I ordered a tablet and they sent me a fake tracking number twice and then I asked for a refund, they said they will send the money on 30th November.. but I didn't receive anything... The worst thing is that the website doesn't not seem to exist anymore.. I can't find it.
    What can we do ?
