I hired Federal Pardons Canada to do an expedited us waiver. I instantly received a receipt for payment and an electronic questionnaire to fill out. My case worker is Alex and I have not heard from this person since August 28/12. I hav tried calling and leaving messages when the voicemail is not full and have never gotten a return call. I have emailed over a dozen times with no response. The BBB had no luck contacting them as well. Employment for me is on the line if I done get this in time.
