Ordered tv on line through paypal. Company never notified me after several tries contacting [email protected] for customer service order now shows still pending.But also 289.04 reversed status 06/23/2011. I filed a dispute with paypal and they have until 07/03/2011 to contact them. I guess we will see this was for a vizio 37" Tv.

- Forgot to mention free shipping!They prefer PayPal go to kellshop.com and check out the info.

- Denny: I currently am in the same predicament as you. Kellshop had a "buy it now" listing on eBay but actually went through their direct website. Paid with paypal before eBay sent notice of listing being removed for not following their guidelines. It was for 37" visio tv for $299. Same situation, promise shipmen in 48 hrs, order showed as pending for 2 wks, no response to emails, so filed claim with paypal as well. Let's hope we get our money back!

- Also, they ONLY accept paypal, don't directly accept credit cards. Perhaps that makes it easier for them to get the money in their hands before they have to ship.

- Hey guys, I bought a 46inch t.v from them as well. I filed a claim against them last sunday the 26th. Do you know how we would get our money back or why we wouldn't?

- Brett, think the only problem will be that, even if they find in your favor on the claim, if Kellstop doesn't have money in their Paypal account then Paypal has no way to collect your monies to pay you back. You may want to contact your credit card company directly to be safe.

- i am also a victim for this; i ordered motorola xoom for $299 USD, though, i had it reported immediately to my credit card company and yet it appears on my billing statement now. i think kellshop should be liable for fraud and must be imprisoned..according to my research, kellshop's is using ip address of 97.74.144.124 which is under godaddy domain hosting..according to its geolocation, kellshop's address is 14455 N Hayden Road, Suite 226, Scottsdale City, AZ. postal code is 85260...the address that was claimed by kellshop which is 109 Fleet Street London, EC4A 2DQ does not exist...for further info on kellshop, visit this link <a href="http://whois.domaintools.com/97.74.144.124">kellshop further information</a>.. somebody is willing enough to sue this guy for all of us who are victims of fraud advertising!
