I was looking for a site to try to get some info on 2 old friends i had'nt seen in years. Family Link seemed to be exactly what I needed so I filled out the required info & be gan my search. Only to not find any info what so ever on neither one of my friends. Okay...cool, but now when I go to cancel my subscription the site tells me I have to call 1-877-377-0588. The 1st timed I called I was disconnected while waiting for someone to answer. The 2nd time I called I got a voice message with a man saying that he is no longer receiving calls @ this number & he could be reached at 1-877-377-0439 or 800-372-1370 only to find out those numbers belong to AT&T customer service.
