I also attended an open house for Direct Buy and was promised a tablet. I also upgraded to "the works" and I have never received it. I have called numerous times and sent emails and now the website isn't workind and neither is the phone number. With all of the stupid hoops you had to go through, total loss was about $149.90. Direct Buy should help get this fixed. Quinden needs to fix this as well.
