I too went to Directy Buy for a presentation and as part of joining their club, a "free" devise was promised..After following all the instructions, sending 9.99 in then getting a certificate and choosing to upgrade for 139.95.. mailed the certified chk over 8 weeks ago and have not heard from them since. They got the 9.99 and returned my certifiate promptly, but now, I can't reach them at all..
