My Name is JoAnna Darwactor. I had a conversation with a sales man on the phone after filling somthing out online. This sales person misslead me in the ways he could help to fix my credit and promissed me that within 6 months my credit score would go up at least 100 points. They are not aloud to make any such promiss and in there contracts they misslead you in several places that do not match anything they told me on the phone conversation. They tell you the cost is 500. in payments over 3 months and do not tell you about the 89.99 there after uuntil you figure out you have been scammed. Also they make you sign these documents with their intent to fix your credit however, when you print the contract there is NO SIGNETURE on their behalf to those commitments. I found out online when trying to get the information they gave me in the contract, so that I will be able to tract the progress they are doing with my credit and could not find that anywhere. In addition, they do not answere the phone it leads you to believe that all reps a re busey and to leave a message, when you leave the message it then tells you that you can not leave a message that the mailbox is full. Thenn it claims to conect you with another reperesnitive and dissconects you. I did this on 12/05/2012 once at 4:10 pm and then called my bank (Wells Fargo fraud department) and they tryed to do the same thing at 4:20pm on 12/05/2012 and they had the same results. I then tryed again also on 12/05/2012 at 4:28 and again the same results. I have put a caliam in with my bank on 12/05/2012, to get my money back and to not allow them to take any other funds out of my account.
