Got a call from a person said he was with CPA. Was very rude told me they were issuing a arrest warrant for me said I owed them 5000.00 because I took out a loan and never paid it back. When I asked what the name of the company was that I owed he said CPA Cash Partners Of America. I never took a loan from Cash Partners of America and then was told well they are the main office for over 236 different online loan companies. OK when what was the original name of the company. He could not tell me. Was extremely rude. Called my office a number of times and when I told him to quit calling that phone as it is my office phone. Said he would keep calling until he got me fired. Never would tell me who the original loan company was so I could figure out if it was me or not. Has now called my desk 5 times since I told him to quit calling my office. I just wanted some simple answers since the guy was threatening to have me arrested and he refused to give them to me. Yes I got mad at him because he was threatening me and not once did he tell me what I actually owed or who I actually owed it to. I would pay if I knew who it was and if it was really me or not.
