On Nov 15 2012 I ordered Star Trek Enterprise for $119.00 and the very next day I received an email indicating my order was approved. I have made 5 attempts to contact them to get an update as to the status of my order. Their web site indicates how they welcome being contacted to resolve any issues. I wish I was able to see this site. It is very obvious looking at your site that there are quite a few complaints about this so called company. This was a sponsored company through Amazon.com. How long can this company be allowed to Rob hard earned money from so many folks that entered these purchases in good faith. I am a 58 yr old wheel chair bound disabled person (leg amputations) and I am on a fixed income. $119.00 is a major expense for me and I actually saved for this purchase over a 3 month period. I am very ashamed that I was scammed by this company.

- Hi Howard, I as well order star trek voyager the series, for 158.00 On October 26th, they to sent me an email stating that my order was shipped as of november 15th, i have not received anything, they were quick to take my payment. I have emailed them several times with no response. There has to be away to report this scam company to the authorities.

- Hi Ellie, You wrote me back in Dec regarding how you were scammed like I was by cheqoot.com. I ordered Star Trek Enterprise and I believe you ordered Star Trek Voyager. I was wondering if you received any further info regarding your order. I was hoping that scambook would be helpful bringing this company to justice. Sorry to bother you

- No bother, the answer to your question is no, i am trying to figure out how to report these people to the RCMP because they have frauded a lot of people and there is no way to get your money back either.
