I had the same issue with the wrong shoes being sent by "Lucy". She told me they would re-ship my shoes but I received no further information and when I tried several times to follow up no one replied. It has been almost 3 months since my order. I'm doubting I will ever get my refund. Also, the website has changed to www.newcampershoes.com.
