I recieved a phone call from a fellow from this company offering to lower the interest rate on my MBNA card. I was not offering information to this person but he was thorough and managed to get information from me. I agreed to let them help me lower the interest rate on this card. He told me there was a fee but I could see where I would save more than the fee in the first year of payments. A few days later I recieved another call supposedly from a supervisor advising me that I had qualified for the lowing of the interest rate and they would invoice me and my credit card would be charged. My credit card has been charged 600.00 but I have recieved no services from anyone for lowering my card. Phone calls to this company go unanswered.
