In January 2012,I was phoned by Mickey, representing CBS Card Services. She offered to reduce my credit card interest rate with a conditional charge of $1199,if & when the interest rate was reduced. This did not happen, so I challenged the charge & was given a credit.
Now, the decision has been reversed in favour of the company, I am being held responsible for a charge which did not provide the results promised.
