I noticed that I had a charge on my banking accounting pending with Just Fab around 11/7/12 but I called the previous month the cancel but the sales rep told me to not cancel and she would just skip the month. The boots sent to me were cute but I went to a value fashion store and saw the same boots I ordered for about $20 bucks. I knew I didn't want to keep the online shoe boutique (I signed up for the $19.99 promotion) after I saw the same exact boots and I couldn't return them because they were already worn. So I called on 11/7/12 and the customer service person told me that there was nothing they could do because they had already charged my card and I asked her to please cancel my account but she advised me that if I cancelled I would not be able to use the $39.95 already charged even though I told her that I was told that my month should have been skip when I previously called in to cancel the month prior. I feel that Just Fab is a scam they tell people that they are going to skip the month for them when they call in to cancel but the customer service reps aren't skipping the month then charging the account and then telling them if they cancel they won't be able to use amount chaged. A complete rip off and the shoes are not good quaility.
