I received DVD in mail, watched and called to place order. Never received my order, but got charged the $27. Never received confirmation email. Called a dozen times. They told me I would be refunded my money. I never was and today is 11/25/12. I called today and the original number I called is no longer in service. I see how they make their money, by scamming others out of their money. I really thought they were different. I'll make sure to spread the word about Ben and Dave being a scam.
