Recently paid all applicable fees for obtaining a 7 in. tablet as per their instructions. Contacted their site and I was told item shipped in October 30th. To date have not received it even though after speaking with Greig in customer service, I was told that item invoice was submitted to amazon for processing and that I should be receiving tracking number. That was over a month ago, now they have taken down their site and phones are always busy. Was I scammed for approximately $100. bucks?.What if anything can be done about this?
