Two representatives from Liberty Power illegelly use my personal information. They knock on my door have tell me that they will help me with my bill reading.Then they just took my personal information without my permission. They claim that this will help me save money. I agree and sign on their ipad. Right after i sign up, i ask them if this is going to cost anything, they replied "no". However, after I do some research on internet I found out this company is suspicious and has many complains about that they are charged with cancellation fee when they cancel their contracts. The two representatives never mention to me about any contract and cancellation fee.They use deceptive ways of marketing to trick people.They do not fully mention the details regarding the contract.
