I was just about to leave a target store near manhattan Beach when two guys driving a van pulled up to me. They told me if I was interested in a home theatre system that they had. They said it was worth 3800 and then offered me 900 for it. I said no way and as I was leaving they said that If i where to go to a bank, how much can I offer. I said 500 and he practically just threw it at me. I realized here something was wrong so I said no and started to leave when the other guy was just like, look tell me why not. I told him that I didnt trust what was inside and he offerd me to open it up and verify it myself. So as he did this he said that he'd bring it down to 340 if I took it. So I finally said yes feeling good and I later realized by googling this company that I got scammed. A lesson well learned. Sadly, this is the second time that this happens to me around that city. The first time I just speed off. Dont know why I didnt do the same thing this time around...
