I ordered 10 light fixtures (all the same) on 11/12/2012 and my credit card was charged immediately. The next day my account on their website indicated the order was shipped. On 11/19/2012 I called for a tracking number and was told the order would be shipped by the manufacturer, at which time, I canceled the order. The customer's service rep could not provide a cancellation number, but told me the number would be emailed to within 24 hours. 36 hours later, no message was sent.
This company does not respond to emails nor return calls. Apparently it does not stock any items and drop ships all orders. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. These people are scam artists!
