I received a text @ 3:03am that my entry last month had won a Target gift card in the amount of $1000. It said I must go to TargetContest.com and enter a code # within 24hrs to receive my FREE gift card.

- They should have to do all of the above! Make good on the $1000 gift card,apologize for scamming people, and change their practices!!
