I saw Dr. Oz recommend this company's pills for weight loss. Because it was profiled by Oz, I trusted the company was legit. I ordered the 14-day trial of their two pills for $7. I checked with my doctor and was recommended not to take them due to my health history. I called the company, asked to close my account, was I within the trial period. "oh yes, there will be no more charges on the account, you just made the deadline. When we received our monthly bank statement, there were two charges for a total of $160 or so. I called to talk about their mistake and wanted my refund. The guy who I eventually spoke to was not interested in ever refunding my money. I said I was lead to believe by your phone rep I would not incur any further charges. He was quite rude, spoke over me and he wouldn't refund anything. Then I realized looking at this site, they do this all the time. The Better Business Bureau needs to know about them and they should be shut down for scamming customers of their money!
