Same thing happen to me. Now I try calling them and number I call 604-638-6545 I get a fast busy sound also on 888-485-0133, also website down. Call Direct buy at 602-288-5917 spoke with Angie ( I believe that was her name) she told me I have to take it up with them. Told her they should be responsible they are the one that cave me the so call FREE gift.
