I ordered a pair of shoes from website www.realshoesshop.com. The shoes were fake and did not fit. When I emailed them to let them know I wanted to return the shoes for a refund. They kept saying that there was nothing wrong with the order. They then wanted to give me a partial refund. They told me to keep the shoes and they'd give me a partial refund. I kept telling them they don't fit so there's no point to keep them. Then finally he agreed to the full refund as soon as they receive the pair of shoes. Then they started saying that it wouldn't be their fault if the shoes got lost in the return process.
