IN July 2012, I went online and I asked for a free credit report on "Freecreditreport.com" and Next month I received a charge of $30 dollars. I called to complain because I thought it says free. I thought they cancel everything but they continue to charge my credit card 2 months more. I called today Nov. 19, 2012 and they said that Yes! I called on August but I didn't cancel. I asked for a refund. They didn't want to give me a refund. They offered me a free month. I was recording the conversation and they said to cancel the recording. I wonder why? Please be careful. This company is SCAM.
