I tried to add a comment to the list of complaints about this company but was unable to access that feature. I noticed a $29.95 check conversion voucher on my bank statement. It had a post dated due date and my bank paid the $29.95. When I saw this I called the company who too easily offered me a refund in 30 days and told me they were a middle man payment site and that I must have clicked on some web site. That sounded all too fishy so I looked on Google and found multiple cases of the exact same thing. I went down and had to close my checking account, debit account, and I reported it to the fraud department of my bank. What a hassle. I see how they did this though. They possibly take a legitimate business service voucher and they add on the right hand lower side your checking account number. The stamp on the back of the check that says for deposit only is for a ficticious account. Can you imagine how many people do not check this information on their account and how much money they get away with!? They also go by the name Alliance United Corp I have discovered from other complaints. These people need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Even though it is just $29.95, they have your information and the only way to combat that is to close your account. The time expense of doing that, not to mention having to call all your automatic payment accounts is huge. I would recommend that you no longer write checks but use your bank's online secure banking service because those checks go out without any of your personal information on them which makes it a lot tougher for the scammers out there. I did see on another posting that this company is possibly in Miami. I think we need to report this to FOX news and get the word out as they are probably ramping up to steal from unsuspecting holiday shoppers who won't notice a charge of $29.95
