At store 2937 Taylor Rd Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068 I went to return shoes that I haven't even had for 24 hours. I had them on for 5 mins in my house. Jim the assistant manager caused a scene. Yelling at me saying I am NOT going to return these...they are WORN...I explained to him I have not worn them...I put them on for 5 mins. He proceeded to have big smile on his face telling me he WILL NOT help me and that all he will do is exhange or gift card. I just want my money back. I am a repeat customer but the way he treated me I would not be returning. Thing is I bought them in Jeffersonville, Ohio Store #2968 which is a hour away from my house one way. Was a family road trip we don't do often. The manager there Alyssa was absolutely great. She did everything she could to keep a customer happy and including me. I called her while I was at the Reynoldsburg store with Jim being extremely rude to me....she is like I am so sorry he is being rude. You can bring them back to me and I will return them for you. I am like thats great but unfortunately that is another hour there and a hour back, I would spend more in gas. My question is Why would one store take them but another won't? On top of that be extemely rude. I work in customer service and my company gives every customer every time the BEST service. No matter if they're worng or we're wrong. We treat them with respect.

Jim.....Stood at the counter with a attitude. Yelling at me infront of several customers...trying to embarrass me. I left there SOOOO upset. How can he be a manager? I can't express enough how terrible his customer service is. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!! I can't see me going back to that store to purchase shoes if he is the manager.
