Were treated by store employee Venus and her manager Valdy very badly. Was refused a refund on a product which was rightfully mine and was told by customer service supervisor I will receive. Was refused refund even after that. Was accosted and harrased by mall security guard. Fort Lauderdale Police found me in the right and told me I should not do business with this company, belive me, I never will. Never have I been treated with such gross disrepsect in front of 100 of mall patrons and my children, what a horrifying day. I will be suing and seeking damages. I want everyone to know how they treat their customers.
