2 days ago I signed up to have collect calls through this service hoping it would save me money. They sent me an email stating:
Within 24 hours of your purchase, our Customer Service department will call you to confirm the accuracy of your application and to issue and activate your JCS Local Line phone number. If we are unable to reach you over the phone, an email will be sent out instead. All other applications are TYPICALLY processed in 1 business day or sooner if possible. Please allow at least 1 business day for activation.
However I have yet to recieve my JCL number and they have my money. I am extremly upset because I tried to cancel my service due to this company not fullfilling my wishes but there is no number to contact them on. I sent them a email trying to cancel being as though that was the only way but they havent replied to any of my emails. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you know anyone trying to use these services, tell them to be aware that this is simply a SCAM !!!!!
