I called in for a refund less than 3 business days and sent in the package UNOPENED, OVERNIGHT fed-ex. The rep even told me that I would get a FULL refund back. I saw the refund on my credit card transaction and was shorted $1,000. They are so difficult to contact. I will continue to fight to get my $1,000 back.
