I took an expensive Tunisian rug (kilim) in for dry cleaning. They told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. It has been almost a month and the rug isn't back. They send it out for cleaning and told me they have no control over the cleaning. I believe they have lost it and won't admit it and are defensive and angry because I am mad.
Also, the owners have different policies for different customers. Some customers (like me) have to pay for their dry cleaning up front. Others do not. No prices are written down. It is clear that they discriminate. I tried them for the first time and realize it was a big and costly mistake.
I'm submitting this complaint so others are aware before trying them.
