I purchased Microsoft Word 2010 from Software Centers Support. The download does not work. I talked "on line" with the "live chat", and "Robin" assured me she would remotely fix the problem. God knows what she saw in my computer. I went along with it because the things that were occuring on my screen looked legitimate. I have yet to find out. Meanwhile, it still does not work. Do not buy anything from this company!
