My husband has been using MSN as an email address for his company since 2002. He has been direct debited from his checking acct since that time. The most recent charge was $10.57. Due to a decline in business I (spouse) decided to cancel. Back four months ago I call the 800 # that is posted along with the $10.57 to cancel. I assumed this was done. I was reviewing our bank statement yesterday and noticed that the charge had continued to come out the 1st of every month. When I called the 800# again I was told that they have no record of our canceling the acct. I have never been treated so badly by a "customer service dept" They were rude and sounded very automated. They did not apologize for this error and made me question my sanity. We are going to cancel the debit card that they have been taking the money from and will report them to the bank. It is no alot of money but the principle. I don't think this is the type of customer service that Bill GAtes would have approved of. If this is in fact MSN no wonder he not involved anymore. $42.28 Over the past few months or maybe since 2002????
