Signed up for what supposedly free account but when I got my credit card statement I noticed the $99 charge. I complaint to them but they told me it was clearly stated in the signup form....which I did not see. Here is the email they have sent me...

A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #205693 with the following response:

We thank you for reaching out to us here at Bidrack! We do see that you have purchased our $99 bid package of 175 bids. Directly to the left of where you enter your card number it states that you are being charged $99 and you will receive 175 bids.

I also tried their bidding system and I did win 4 bids, but till this day, I still have not received anything. I emailed them and this is the response they gave me....
