The scammers Andrew Williams, Sean Williams and Faith Matins replied to an ad that I posted which stated that I was looking for private investors and I sent each one of them a $500000 promissory note backed by my website. These liars stated that they live in the UK, owned or worked for an FM Holdings and expected me to pay a fee before they sent the "loan" to me. In short, they are advance fee/phishing scammers that did not read and understand my ad and failed to honor my promissory note. I have found their bs ads all over the internet. I've contacted all of the face to face collection agents on the internet and was told that they can do nothing because a promissory note shows that I owe or I was ignored. I can email what I sent them if GMX will let me open my email box.
