Saw a charge for $39.95 + $2.00 on my bank statement...then the following another charge.
Called my bank who initiated a reversal. Called ExcSupport and they wanted the last six digit of my bank card (which by that time had already been cancelled) - but I would not have provided it in any event....do not trust them.
Bank has started the reversal - will see what happens,
