I used their website to order ONE cushion with one free (additional shipping). Their website is very confusing - after entering your payment info, you are taken to several screens to answer yes or no on ordering items. The first asks if you want a free shipping (I selected yes). DO NOT select yes on any of the screens, you will have additional items ordered that you did not want. There is NO order review screen and at the end it shows what you are charged. Their customer service number (866) 304-4271 is only during the work week.
