I was informed by I Tech that they represented Microsoft. If I signed a 3 year agreement for $300.00 they would monitor my computer and give me virus protection. They said that I needed anti malware software. I was told twice that it was installed as they had to fix my computer twice..They said somewhere that it was under Microsoft security essentials. I am not computer savy and thought they had installed protection software, until my computer started acting up again. I ran antimalware and found 2 viruses to be removed... Then again it happened and it said that Antimalware need to be updated which I DID. They were supposed to keep my computer virus free and protected and did not. I also later found that automatic malware protection had been turned off. Dell called me 111012 to ask me if I was having problems with my computer and showed me all the cookies and viruses etc. and that my computer had been broken into. (My computer is a Dell)...why was Microsoft sending me to their ITECHLINE.? And why was it not protected for $300.00.? I am extremely upset that I paid such a company who scammed me.
