Please cancel my subscription and reimburse me as soon as possible. I received one one issue and when I tried to open this week's issue I was asked to write my password. I had forgotten it and tried to have a new one. I was asked to write my e-mail several times. I have only one e-mail and it is obvious that your system does not work. I cannot have this kind of problem every week. I also receive The New Yorker and never, never, have this kin of problem. So send my money back immediately and try to improve your system.
