I purchested a teeth whitener June 1/09 and reveived a letter saying my rebait had been approved. I phond at least 10 times looking for the rebait and they always said that it would be sent in a few buseness days. I canceled the program and and I finally gave up on the rebait, until I see another withdrawl of $69.95 on June 7 /11. I phoned HD Concepts and got a person who cancelled my account again and said that he would reimburse my Visa immediatly. The next day I phoned again to make sure every thing was on track and the phone had been disconected. Now I don't have any way to contact them again. Richard Foreman
