I ordered a pair of boots last month (in October) from this site thinking it was a one time thing. I had to sign for up the site just to buy them...I didn't have a problem with that. Come today (11/6/12) my sister looks at her credit card statement and finds that she's been billed fricken 39.95 from JustFab! She allowed me to use her card for the purchase and I looked at her innocently because I had no idea they'd charge another (nearly) 40 bucks! I immediately investigated and found that they charge every "VIP" member a monthly fee! In order to avoid being billed you have to go to their stupid site and say "skip this month" or whatever. HOWEVER, I got an email from them TODAY saying I had until the 5th to avoid the billing...but how was I supposed to know if I got the EMAIL ONE D*** DAY LATE?! I called the people and waited 40+ minutes with tacky music to speak to this guy who just kept calling me Ms. (last name). He refused to refund me and after the MANY times I kept saying I wanted to cancel my membership, each time he had something new to say to try and keep scamming me and keep me ahold in their scam of a company! It was an act of Congress to cancel the membership and I could not believe it that it was so difficult which just tells me all the more how much they try to scam you! Nowhere was it CLEARLY stated that members would be charged monthly. This company plays on the fact that they KNOW people don't read terms and conditions, because that's what the guy I was talking to said, that I agreed to the terms/conditions when I signed up. The nerve! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY'RE FRAUDS!!
